Regarding My Jewelry

I appreciate your interest and support of my work. I am committed to providing you with a high-quality piece of fine jewelry. It is the nature of handmade art and jewelry to be unique. Each piece is created by hand with an eye to design and a commitment to the highest quality in craftsmanship. Slight imperfections are inherent in art jewelry. Some of my designs push the edge and each piece is delicate and needs to be handled and worn with care.

 

If you have questions about your purchase or for any reason your jewelry needs repair, please contact me directly.

Payment​

All payments are processed through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. All credit cards and debit cards are accepted by PayPal. 

 

Shipping

​

Items will be shipped within five working days of purchase. Purchases under $1000 will be shipped and insured for full value via USPS Priority Mail. Purchases over $1000 will ship via FedEx. All International purchases will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

 

Returns

​

Returns will be accepted within 10 days of receipt if approved in advance via email to AlanRevere@gmail.com.

Approved returns must be shipped in the same box and packing material as received and insured for full value.

Returned items will be inspected to ensure that they are in the original sale condition.

If approved a refund will be processed minus the shipping costs.
